1. Welcome & Agreement

By accessing or using SnapCut Creatives' services—website design, SEO, SMM/SMO, video editing, CRM, chatbot—you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you’re using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement. Any content or assets you provide must be accurate and lawfully owned by you.

3. Scope of Services

We deliver web-based creative and tech services as agreed in our proposal. SnapCut Creatives may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our sole discretion, without liability (QApilot).

4. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary data, access, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Respect intellectual property rules and refrain from unauthorized content reuse.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain SnapCut Creatives’ property until full payment is received. After payment, you receive a non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose only.

6. Warranties & Liability Limitation

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use our services (Plan A).

7. Termination & Survival

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination (plains.design).

8. Changes to Terms

SnapCut Creatives may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
