1. Applicability

This policy applies to all digital service agreements including website development, marketing packages, video editing, CRM, and chatbot services.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel after project initiation:

  • Before design kickoff: Full refund, minus any incurred payment processing fees
  • After work has begun: Refund is prorated based on completed milestones. Any unused portion will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation by SnapCut Creatives

We reserve the right to cancel a project (e.g., non-cooperation or breach). Refunds are provided for any unexecuted portion after deduction of completed milestones.

4. Revisions and Delays

Minor revisions are included; major scope changes may incur additional charges. Project delays due to client inaction may impact delivery timelines or cause scope changes.

5. No-Show / No-Response

If no response or materials are received from the client within 60 days after our request, the project may be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for work completed up to that point.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to refund or cancellation will be handled informally first. If unresolved, they shall be governed under the laws of India and resolved in Kolkata jurisdiction.

7. Policy Updates

SnapCut Creatives may revise this policy at any time. The updated date will be displayed. Continued use implies acceptance.
